Christopher Reeve,
1952 - 2004
It is with a deep sense of sorrow and loss that Vistas commemorates the passing of Christopher Reeve.
Reeve persistently focused on gaining resources to help scientists improve the health and quality of life for people with paralysis while vigilantly searching for a cure. His leadership was inspirational and highly influential in securing scientific funding and widespread attention to causes such as stem cell research.
Reeve was a dynamic advocate for people with disabilities, and his legacy will continue live on through the organizations he championed and created across America.
