Where
does the Council's funding come from?
The Council's primary source of funding is
the Spinal and Head Injuries Trust Fund, which
was established in 1992 (ARS § 41-3203). Revenue for the fund
is derived from a surcharge that is placed
on criminal and civil fines. The Council also
receives funding from the Federal TBI Demonstration
Program.
